How do I amend my order?
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed we are unable to make any changes, including cancellations or amendments. This is becasue of our automated systems and we wouldn't like any disruption to occur with your order preparation and dispatch. So just make sure you review your basket before checkout.
My order is a gift - what about receipts?
All of our orders are dispatched without any printed receipts. This is useful for people receiving gifts but also helps us to avoid unnecessary printing and paper wastage. If you want to check out your receipt it will be in your order confirmation email.
The product I want to order is out of stock! What do I do?
We aim at WILDBOS to meet demand for all of our products at all times but with all our teas being uniquely blended sometimes we may hit product being out of stock. If we have a blend you specifically wanted, please do not hestitate to contact us with your query. We will reply to you to give an update around when we expect things to be back and available for you.
Has my order been processed?
Once we have received your order, you will be emailed to confirm purchase. When your order has been processed for postage you will receive another email and then you will be able to count down to the arrival of your WILDBOS tea selection! It will be shortly on its way!

WILDBOS will dispatch all orders to be sent with either Hermes or Royal Mail for UK and international delivery.
I haven't received my order
If you haven't received your order in the designated timeframe you expected please do not hesitate to contact WILDBOS on our contact us page and we will look into it straight away for you.

Here at WILDBOS we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not happy with your purchase, then please do not hesistate to contact us and we will deal any issues on a one-to-one basis to ensure the best possible outome is reached for you.
Return or exchange an item?
If you have purchased your order online, please simply contact us to explain your thoughts and provide your order number so that we can track your order and correct any issues you have found.
How long will a refund take?
If a refund has been credited back to you, following contact with our customer services, it should be back into your account within 3-5 working business days.
How should I store my tea?
We recommend for you to ensure your tea tastes delicious for as long as possible, that once opened you store your tea in a cool, dry place. The WILDBOS packaging is resealable so this should ensure your product stays nice and fresh. All of our teas also come with a best before date on them.
Where does WILDBOS source its tea?
Here at WILDBOS we work with fabulous tea experts, who are based in the UK and help us to design our naturally caffeine free blends and optimise the flavour to achieve the best possible taste for our consumers. All our teas are hand blended in the UK to ensure a high quality end product and to allow for extra due diligence during the production process. Our ingredients are sourced globally through our UK-based supplier and everything is screened, documented and traced back to source. They are SALSA (Safe and Local Supplier Approved) accredited and everything imported into the UK is tested prior to dispatch from the country of origin to ensure stringent EU safety standards are met.
Which WILDBOS teas can I drink when pregnant or breastfeeding?
Here at WILDBOS we specifically focus on naturally caffeine free herbal tea blends. However, we recommend that you contact a healthcare professional for advice if you are concerned or have any queries prior to consumption.
Does tea expire? Is it safe to drink after the best before date?
Tea is known as a ‘low-risk item’ so given this, it doesn’t expire. However, we want to ensure our teas are enjoyed with the most fresh and full-bodied taste so have attachced a best before date as a guide for consumers on the back of the packaging.
My tea doesn't taste right
